  • Roll & Restore: Nervous System RESET

    We use a multi-layered approach to soothe and reset our nervous system. This sequence includes rolling and rocking patterns, the eyes, facial expressions and nyasa (dynamic mudras) to release tension in the upper body, as well as a whole body reset with spinal rotations and the sensing bridge.

  • Roll & Restore: Hip & Back Massage

    In this two part class, experience relaxation for both your lower and upper body. Self-massage trigger points in your glutes and upper back, gentle movements to deepen the work as well as resting in stillness to integrate.

  • RR: Full Body Massage & Yoga Nidra

    3/30/25: Enjoy a full body roll-out starting from the head all the way down to the hips. Class concludes with a guided meditation where we practice expanding our awareness to hold opposite qualities.

  • RR: Essential Safety

    4/6/25: This class includes polyvagal exercises for neck and eye releases, a rolling sequence on the upper back and shoulders as well as Wendell Berry poems to help soothe your nervous system and stress.

  • RR: The Big 3 Roll-Out

    In this classic sequence, we massage out three main tension areas: hips, low back and upper shoulders. We also rest in 3 favorite restorative positions: child's pose, supported bound angle and prone savasana.
