3/30/25: Enjoy a full body roll-out starting from the head all the way down to the hips. Class concludes with a guided meditation where we practice expanding our awareness to hold opposite qualities.

4/27/25: Not your typical heart and hip opener, but you will feel more open, stable and relaxed in these areas of your body. We will massage, mobilize and then support and stretch each area in a restorative position.

5/4/25: This sequence starts with reclining ankle mobilization, leg stretches and the a yummy thoracic sequence to open up the inter-costals and diaphragm for a more relaxed and spacious breath. Class concludes with a guided meditation into the organs.
