    6/8/25: Track your nervous system state as you flow from exploration to exploration in this sequence with an upper body focus. Starts with a 360 degree thoracic roll-out, the hum-gum to release your jaw and neck and legs up the wall to end.

    6/22/25: This class explores how releasing the upper body including the eyes, neck, jaw and shoulders affects our nervous system.

  • RR: Whole Body Love

    9/7/25: Treat your spine, hips and shoulders -- we start with massage and mobility for the glutes, hips and spine. Then allow gravity and little movements to unwind spinal tension and open up the shoulders. The last sequence stretches the side-body and concludes in a twist.
