1/21/26: This sequence has a bit for almost every body part, a calf massage, neurosensory stretch for neck stiffness and an vinyasa sequence that culminates in some challenging balance work for glute and pelvic floor activation. The core sequence focuses on rotation as well as shoulder stabilization.
