We start class in standing with a warm-up for the shoulders and middle back including a weighted range of motion exploration, the middle sequence includes a single-leg RDL version that focuses on glute med activation (so good for balance & stability), fun shoulder external rotation trick, side lunge to balance drill; the ending sequence integrates the upper and lower body with a nervous system reset drill.
